St. Patrick’s Catholic School Educator Named Early Childhood Teacher of the Year

Green Bay, WI – April 4, 2025 – The CESA 7 Teacher Development Center, which supports over 90 scholar-teachers in attaining licensure while actively teaching in schools across Wisconsin, proudly recognizes the achievements of one of its outstanding educators.

Sheila Gober, an Early Childhood Educator at St. Patrick’s Catholic School in Sparta, has been named the Early Childhood Teacher of the Year for the Diocese of La Crosse. With 50 Early Childhood and Elementary Schools in the diocese, this prestigious recognition highlights Sheila’s exceptional commitment to her students and the field of education.

As a teacher-scholar in the CESA 7 Teacher Development Center licensing program, Sheila exemplifies the dedication and passion that define both the diocese and the Teacher Development Center.
